CASABLANCA, Morocco, Sept. 22, 2026 (XOL Africa) — Moroccan phosphate and fertilizer producer OCP S.A. will publish its second-quarter and first-half 2026 financial results on Sept. 29, giving investors an update on the performance of one of the world’s largest producers of phosphate-based fertilizers.

The company said Tuesday that its results would be made available to bondholders, qualified institutional buyers, securities analysts and market makers through its Intralinks investor portal from 10 a.m. EDT, or 2 p.m. Morocco time.

OCP senior management will hold a conference call at 11 a.m. EDT, or 3 p.m. Morocco time, to discuss the results with eligible investors and analysts.

Investors who have not registered for access to the company’s Intralinks portal can contact OCP’s investor relations department to request access.

The earnings release will provide an update on OCP’s financial performance amid continued shifts in global fertilizer demand, agricultural input costs and international phosphate markets.

OCP, which is majority owned by the Moroccan state, is a major producer and exporter across the phosphate value chain, from phosphate rock mining to fertilizer production.

The company says it has access to the world’s largest phosphate rock reserve base and is among the industry’s lowest-cost phosphate rock producers.

OCP employs about 21,000 people and operates mining and fertilizer businesses that contribute to economic development in Morocco, alongside investments in sustainability and related activities.

The company’s first-half results will also offer investors a view of how its strategy and production capacity are translating into revenue and profitability as global agricultural markets adjust to changing fertilizer demand.

The results are scheduled for release on Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2026.
