PORT-GENTIL, Gabon, September 24, 2026 (XOL Africa) — TotalEnergies EP Gabon reported a total of 4.5 million shares outstanding and 8,250,019 voting rights as of August 31, 2026, under disclosure requirements set by France’s Financial Markets Authority (AMF).

The Gabonese oil company said the number of voting rights exceeds the number of shares because 3,750,019 registered shares have been held by the same shareholder for at least two years.

Those shares are entitled to double voting rights under Article 32 of TotalEnergies EP Gabon’s articles of association.

The company’s share capital stands at US$76.5 million. TotalEnergies EP Gabon is incorporated under Gabonese law and is headquartered on Boulevard Hourcq in Port-Gentil.
