Nigerian real estate executive Rosaline Amangbo selected for 2026 Empowered Woman Award

LAGOS, Nigeria (XOL Africa) — Nigerian real estate executive Dr. Rosaline Amangbo has been selected to receive the 2026 Empowered Woman Award from the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP).

Amangbo is expected to be honored at IAOTP’s annual awards gala in December at The Plaza Hotel in New York, according to a statement issued by the organization.

IAOTP said the award recognizes women for leadership, professional accomplishments, academic achievements, community contributions and their efforts to empower others.

Amangbo has more than two decades of professional experience spanning retail, distribution, technology, real estate and financial consulting. She is the chief executive officer of Jacamiah Global Real Estate Ltd., a Lagos-based real estate company.

In her role, she oversees strategic growth and service delivery in areas including property development, brokerage, valuation, financing and consultancy. She also manages affiliated businesses and a network of certified brokers operating across 75 countries, according to the organization.

Her areas of expertise include entrepreneurship, real estate development, commercial property brokerage, project financing, property valuation and international real estate investment.

She also provides consulting services to small, medium-sized and enterprise-level organizations in the built environment sector. Under her leadership, Jacamiah Global Real Estate has expanded its activities to include the distribution of cement and other building materials, according to the statement.

Amangbo’s professional background is supported by academic and professional training in literature, project management and real estate.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature in English from Lagos State University and a diploma in Project Management from Kenyatta University. She also completed advanced certifications in property development and real estate investment at the University of Cape Town’s Faculty of Engineering and the Built Environment and studied real estate marketing at Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University.

She has received several professional recognitions, including being named Top Commercial Property Broker of the Year in 2025. IAOTP said she will also be considered for a feature in its Top Industry Professionals magazine.

Amangbo is active in professional and industry organizations in Nigeria and internationally. She serves as assistant general secretary of the Association of Estate Agents of Nigeria and chairs its Conference Planning Committee. She is also secretary of its Continuous Development Professional Committee and a member of its Membership Committee.

She is a member of FIABCI-Nigeria, a Diamond Member of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry, an international member of the National Association of Realtors in Chicago, Illinois, and a special member of FIABCI Middle East, according to the statement.

Stephanie Cirami, president of IAOTP, said Amangbo’s selection reflected the panel’s assessment of her professional leadership.

“Choosing Dr. Amangbo for this honor was an easy decision for our panel to make,” Cirami said. “Rosaline is inspirational, influential, and a true visionary and thought leader.”

“We cannot wait to see her and celebrate her accomplishments at this year’s gala,” she added.

Amangbo has attributed her career achievements to perseverance, a strong work ethic and the guidance of mentors.

She said she intends to continue working to raise professional standards in the real estate industry in Nigeria and internationally.

The IAOTP describes itself as an invitation-only professional networking and recognition organization that selects professionals from a range of industries based on their accomplishments, leadership and professional contributions.

The organization said its members are selected through a vetting process and are given opportunities to collaborate, share professional expertise and participate in industry events.
