Rollins declares quarterly cash dividend of 18.25 cents per share

ATLANTA, July 21, 2026 (XOL Africa) — Rollins Inc. said Tuesday its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 18.25 cents per share on the company’s common stock.

The dividend will be paid Sept. 10 to shareholders of record as of the close of business Aug. 10, the company said.

Rollins is a global consumer and commercial services company that provides pest control and termite protection through its portfolio of brands and franchise operations.

The company serves more than 2.8 million customers across North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia, with approximately 22,000 employees operating from more than 850 locations.

Its brands include Orkin, Orkin Australia, Orkin Canada, Orkin UK, Clark Pest Control, Fox Pest Control, HomeTeam Pest Defense, Safeguard, Western Pest Services and several other pest control businesses.
